Candie Worsham

Candie is a Nashville native who has called this city home her entire life. Married to Mike since 1980, she and her husband raised three children here and have built their business on decades of hands-on experience in the market they know best.

Licensed since 1996, Candie has worked full-time in Nashville and the surrounding counties for nearly three decades. Together, she and Mike bring more than 50 years of combined experience and a track record of over 500 successful transactions, with specialties in relocation, luxury properties, new construction, renovation, and short sales.

Candie holds the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). As Principal Broker, she leads Nashville Area Homes with the same dedication to clients that has defined her career from the start.
